In this article, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) colleagues share their thoughts and suggestions about how PACT Therapists consider moving with clients during this COVID-19 pandemic. Adapting the practice of PACT to serve couples through online counselling at this time as we all navigate this together. As A PACT Ambassador here in Australia and a Level 3 PACT candidate I feel proud of the thinking as a community that goes into the work PACT therapists do with their couples.
